Solution Workflow:
Solution: Enter the PUK code into the phone
1. Go to www.brightroam.com and click on the Login link
2. Enter username and password
3. From the “Services” tab, click on your SIM card
4. Look for the PUK code
5. On your mobile phone enter **05*
6. Enter the PUK code
7. Enter a new four digit PIN code
8. Confirm the new PIN code
