Solution: Synchronize Address Book using Blackberry Desktop Manager

1. Launch the Blackberry Desktop Manager.
2. Click "Options" followed by "Connection Settings."
3. Select "USB" from the "Connection Settings" drop down menu and click "OK."
4. Return to the Desktop Manager Home Screen.
5. Plug in Blackberry via USB cable.
6. A pop-up window may appear and your new PIN will be recognized.
7. It will ask you, "Would you like to switch to the connected device with PIN xxxxxxx instead?"
8. Click "NO" (If you don't get this prompt do not proceed further because you will lose your sync).
9. You will return to the Desktop Manager Home Screen.
10. Click "Intellisync."
11. Click "Configure PIM."
12. Uncheck all items except for Address Book and click "OK."
13. Click "Synchronize Now" and wait for the process to complete.
14. Once the process has completed unplug the device and check to see if the contacts have been uploaded.
15. Send a test incoming and outgoing email to ensure the device synchronization is still in place.
