Issue: Managing contacts
Solution Workflow:Solution 1: Adding contacts
1. Press the "Menu" key.
2. Highlight "Contacts," press the "Select" key.
3. Scroll down to "Add new," press the "Select" key.
4. Fill out the field and then press the "Save" key.
Solution 2: Deleting contacts
1. Press the "Menu" key.
2. Highlight "Contacts," press the "Select" key.
3. Select "Names."
4. Scroll to the contact you wish to delete and then press the "Options" key.
5. Scroll down to "Delete contact" and then press the "Select" key.
6. Choose either "Delete number" or "Delete contact," press the "Select" key.
