Solution 1: Perform a test call to the voicemail service

1. Dial 901
2. If prompted for a PIN code, enter 3333

If this does not work proceed to Solution #2
 

Solution 2: Use alternative retrieval number

1. Dial +447802090100 from your mobile phone
2. Listen to the pre recorded message
3. You will receive an SMS on your mobile phone with an alternate voicemail number
4. Dial the alternate number to access voicemail
5. Enter PIN code 3333 if prompted

Solution 3: Check the current registered network and change to another network

1. Press the "Menu" key
2. Scroll to "Settings" and press the “Select” key
3. Scroll to "Phone" and press the “Select” key
4. Scroll to "Operator Selection" and press the “Select” key
5. Scroll to "Manual" and press the “Select” key
6. The phone will scan for available networks in the area and return a list of results
7. Scroll to desired network and press the “Select” key
8. You will be redirected to the home screen and the new network name will appear on the display
9. Repeat solution 1

Solution 4: Reset voicemail diversion

1. Dial ##002# and press green key to release the voicemail divert. A message on the phone will let you know diversion cancelled
2. Power the phone off and on

To restore diversion

1. Dial **004*901# and hit send, a message will show in the phone that diversion has been restored.
2. Power phone off /on

Solution 5 Check voicemail from a land line

1. Dial your mobile number from a land line 011 44 (phone number) while in USA OR + 44 phone number or (dialling from a cell phone) + 44 phone number.
2. Interrupt greetings by pressing * key

****If prompted enter pin 3333

2. Interrupt the greeting with the # key
3. If prompted for a PIN code, enter 4444

If this does not work proceed to Solution #2

Solution 2: Call from a Landline

1. Dial your cellular # or voicemail retrieval #
2. You will hear an automated greeting
3. Interrupt greeting with “# “key
4. You will then be prompted to enter the PIN code
5. Enter PIN "4444"
6. You will be granted access your inbox listen to the options

If this does not work proceed to Solution #3

1. Press the "Menu" key
2. Scroll to "Settings" and press the “Select” key
3. Scroll to "Phone" and press the “Select” key

2. Press * to transfer to your own service
3. Enter your mobile number starting with 0 (0 400 000 00) then press #
4. Enter your PIN code 1212 then press #
5. Listen to the options.

1. Press 1 to retrieve messages
2. Press 3 to send
3. Press 7 to current day and time
4. Press 9 for mailbox set up
5. Press 0 to repeat instruction

To set up voicemail mailbox from main menu press 9 if showing unregistered please dial 217-740-6245

1. Press 1 for greeting options
2. Press 2 to change your password
3. Press 4 to enable/disable auto login
4. Press 8 to record name
5. Press * to return to main menu
6. Press 0 to repeat instructions

Solution 2: call from a landline

1. Dial your cellular number from a landline phone
2. You will hear an automated greeting
3. Interrupt greeting with # key
4. You will then be prompted to enter the PIN code
5. Enter the last 7 digits of the mobile number
6. You will be granted access your inbox.
